Job Description

Nair Systems is currently looking for Power BI Dashboard Developer for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Summary
We’re looking for a Power BI Developer (3–5 years of experience) with a knack for designing visually compelling dashboards, customizing JSON-based themes, and applying standards like IBCS. The ideal candidate can quickly iterate on new concepts, monitor dashboards for performance, and document best practices for seamless user adoption.
Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on Power BI experience with a strong focus on visual design
Proficiency in JSON-based theme customization
Solid grounding in color theory, layout principles, and IBCS guidelines
Strong grasp of Power BI features (DAX, data connections, Power Query, performance optimization)
Familiarity with Git for version control and team collaboration.
Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, GIMP, Inkscape, Adobe)
Excellent communication skills for collaboration and presenting insights
Demonstrated ability to transform conceptual requirements into functional dashboards
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
Basic reading and understanding of Arabic is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop visually striking and intuitive dashboards using Power BI, from concept to deployment
Customize JSON-based themes for consistent branding
Apply best practices in dashboard design (e.g., IBCS, etc.) for clarity and impact
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine designs, and iterate quickly
Monitor performance, usage, and functionality of existing dashboards; implement optimizations as needed
Document technical workflows, design standards, usage guides, and best practices
Stay current with Power BI updates, features, and intricacies to fully leverage the platform
Provide demos or training sessions to ensure effective dashboard utilization
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
